What do I need to consider?

 

Have you received your product damaged?

Please follow these steps:

1. report the damage within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

2. send us an e-mail to info@e-scooterparts.ch containing the following:
• A description of the damage.
 A photo or video of the damaged product.

3. decide whether you:
 a replacement product, or
 a refund of the purchase price.

 

We will take care of your request as quickly as possible and get back to you to discuss the next steps.
