🚚 Shipping information

We attach great importance to the fast and safe delivery of your order. You can find all the important information about shipping here.

📦 Shipping time

As soon as we have received your order and payment has been completed, we will prepare your parcel for dispatch within 1-2 working days. After that, the following delivery times apply:

• Switzerland: approx. 2-4 working days

• Europe (EU countries): approx. 3-6 working days

Please note that in exceptional cases (e.g. public holidays or high order volumes) there may be slight delays. We will of course inform you in good time in such cases.

🕒 Processing time

Every order is packed with care. We usually need 1 to 2 working days to get your product ready for shipment. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as your package is on its way.

🌍 Customs & import fees

For orders with shipping outside Switzerland - especially to EU countries - may be subject to customs duties, VAT or other import duties. These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping costs and are charged directly by the respective customs office. Please inform yourself in advance about the applicable regulations in your country.

We have no influence on this and accept no responsibility for additional costs or delays caused by customs clearance.
