General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

 

1. Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online store E-Scooterparts.ch. The provider of the online store and contractual partner is:

2. Conclusion of contract
• The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
• By sending the order by clicking on the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
• The purchase contract is concluded as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by e-mail.

 

3. Prices and terms of payment
• All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT.
• Additional shipping costs will be clearly indicated before the order is completed.
• Payment can be made by:

• Delivery will be made to the address specified by you.
• We endeavor to ship the ordered goods within the specified delivery time. However, delays due to unforeseeable events or delivery difficulties may occur.
• If a product is not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and inform you accordingly. Any payments already made will be refunded immediately.

 

5. right of withdrawal
(For consumers, not for entrepreneurs)
• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

• Goods already received must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and unopened.
• Unless otherwise agreed, you bear the cost of returning the goods.

 

5b. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
• Once a shipping label has been created and the order is prepared for dispatch, cancellation is no longer possible.
• If you still wish to cancel after the shipment has been prepared, only the product price will be refunded. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
• In cases of unjustified refusal of delivery or failure to collect the package, we reserve the right to withhold a refund or charge a handling fee.

6. Retention of title
• The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
• In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to take legal action.

 

7. Warranty and liability

• Damage caused by improper use or handling is excluded from the warranty.
